Terms and Conditions

By booking any service with Darlene Brace and Authentic Healing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Deposits
   A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total service fee. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of the service. Payments can be made via website when booking. 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is available within a reasonable timeframe with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments, subject to availability.

3. Confidentiality
   All personal and professional information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. This includes any information shared during therapy, consultations, or supervision.

4. Liability
   While every effort is made to provide a safe and professional experience, Darlene Brace and Authentic Healing LLC is not liable for any personal injuries or damages incurred during or as a result of the services provided.

5. Service Delivery
   All services provided, including training, consultation, supervision, sound healing, innovative healing practices, experiences and photography, will be delivered to the best of Darlene's ability based on agreed-upon expectations. Any dissatisfaction should be addressed immediately to ensure the highest quality of service.

6. Non-Refundable Deposit
   All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is retained. If services are rescheduled, the deposit can be applied to a future session.

7. Photographic Services
   You agree to allow photos taken during your session to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified. Please inform me if you do not want any images shared.

8. Amendments
   These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
