About the Practice
Authentic Healing LLC is a trauma-informed, integrative mental health and wellness practice based in Colorado. I provide psychotherapy, clinical supervision, EMDR consultation, professional trainings, yoga-informed workshops, and creative healing experiences for clinicians and helping professionals.
My mission is to expand access to culturally responsive, embodied, and innovative healing practices that strengthen individuals, clinicians, and communities in rural areas.
I are growing our training and educational offerings and are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support logistics, marketing, operations, and design.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
Training & Event Logistics
-
Manage registration tracking and attendee lists
-
Send confirmation and reminder emails
-
Track early bird deadlines and promo codes
-
Assist with venue coordination and supply checklists
-
Organize spreadsheets and training workflows
Marketing & Communications
-
Draft and schedule email campaigns (Buffer, Wix, or similar platforms)
-
Schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
-
Repurpose training and program content into promotional materials
-
Maintain and update event landing pages
-
Track basic marketing metrics and engagement
Canva Graphics & Visual Design

Create branded promotional graphics for:
-
Workshops and CE events
-
Retreats
-
Supervision groups
-
Photography offerings
-
-
Design reusable branded templates
-
Resize graphics for multiple platforms
-
Maintain visual brand consistency (fonts, colors, tone)
Operations Support
-
Assist with project and process management
-
Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
-
Support backend organization as offerings expand
-
Help translate open-ended ideas into clear plans and workflows
-
Suggest systems and efficiency improvements when appropriate

Ideal Qualifications
-
Have better-than-average attention to detail and excellent grammar
-
Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
-
Have experience with project and process management
-
Are comfortable managing deadlines and several priorities at once
-
Have a self-starter attitude and are comfortable with open-ended problems, creating a suggested plan from ambiguity

Have experience working in operations and administrative roles
-
Are organized, resourceful, and proactive in communication
-
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to a variety of styles and client priorities

Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Are proficient in Canva and Wix
-
Are familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Zoom, and LinkedIn

Agree with and feel aligned with the mission and values of Authentic Healing LLC
Preferred:

Experience in mental health, wellness, education, or professional training settings
-
Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive language
Work Structure

5–10 hours per week to start

Compensation
$25–$45 per hour, depending on experience
Opportunity for increased hours as trainings and programs expand
