An individual sound healing session is a personalized experience designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Using instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, or gongs, soothing vibrations are tailored to your needs, helping to reduce stress, release tension, and restore harmony to mind and body.

📸 Free Headshot Session – Booking Policy As part of your early registration for Sazonando la Salud Mental, you are entitled to one complimentary professional headshot at the conference. To ensure a smooth process and fairness for all participants, please review the following policy: Session Length: Each headshot session is limited to 5 minutes. Sign-Up Required: You must sign up in advance for a time slot. Slots are first-come, first-served. Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Missed Sessions: If you miss your scheduled time, you forfeit this free service. We cannot guarantee rescheduling. One Session Per Participant: Each eligible registrant may book one free headshot session only. Editing Policy: Images will be lightly edited for lighting and color correction. Additional retouching requests are not included. Photo Delivery: Your headshots will be uploaded to a secure online gallery within two weeks of the event. You will receive access to download your images directly from the gallery. Photo Release: By signing up, you agree to allow Photography with Darlene to publish edited images on social media and promotional platforms. If you do not agree, you must email Darlene at Dar.brace@gmail.com with alternate instructions prior to your session. Release of Liability: By participating in this free headshot session, you acknowledge and agree that Sazonando la Salud Mental Conference and Photography with Darlene are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages, whether direct or indirect, that may occur during or as a result of your participation in this service. No Transferability: The headshot session is only for the registered attendee, not transferable to a friend or guest. I am committed to working with you to ensure your needs are met in a transparent and manageable way. Technical Disclaimer: In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction or circumstances beyond our control, Photography with Darlene reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions without liability.
