Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Authentic Healling LLC with Darlene Brace. The following payment policy ensures clarity and transparency regarding financial expectations for Darlene's services in Colorado. Agreement to Pay Policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Accepted Forms of Payment Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, check, or other electronic payment options (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Square) if applicable. Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice may result in a fee of that service. Outstanding Balances Balances must be paid in full before scheduling future sessions unless a payment plan has been arranged. Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to a $35.00 late fee and could be referred to collections after 90 days. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy To secure your appointment or services, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps offset administrative and preparation costs. The deposit is deducted from the total service fee, but it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to apply the deposit to a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in the loss of the deposit. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
