Clinical Supervision

Supervision will be guided by a range of holistic approaches, including developmental and integrative models, as well as trauma-informed care and cultural humility. Darlene will also incorporate the Wellness Model, Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing to provide comprehensive and supportive guidance.

Darlene brings over 13 years of experience in supervising students, pre-licensed clinicians, and therapists, offering a wealth of expertise and guidance.

  • Licensed as a clinical social worker in Colorado, 2011

  • Trained as field supervisor for University of Denver, Four Corners Program 2010

  • Attended Effective Clinical Supervision by Linda Lute, LAC MAC 7 hours 2013

  • Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado 2017

  • Trained as an Off-Site Field Instructor for DU GSSW 2019
